Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us at andreajamette@gmail.com and we'll help you get it started. You can also cancel your subscription anytime from the "Manage subscription" button in the app — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
