Piggly is operated by Andrea J Brown ("the Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Piggly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Piggly is a budgeting and savings web app. It offers a free tier (budget dashboard and savings goals) and a paid subscription, Piggly Pro, which unlocks the debt pay-down tracker, money tools, and the full rewards gallery. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" button in the app, and you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not misuse the service, including:
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed. Piggly is a budgeting aid, not financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires it.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your locally stored data remains in your browser; account data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction of residence. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
